RENTAL PERIOD: All rental charges are based upon an eight hour working day, forty hours per week, and 160 hours per month. Two shift operation will be charged at one and one half times the rental rate. Three shift operation will be charged at two times the rental rate. All machinery equipped with an hour meter will be billed on a pro rated basis for hours in excess of 160 per month.
PURCHASE OPTIONS: Rented equipment may be converted to a purchase when clearly defined before onset of rental. Any monies paid or billed as rent prior to making a rent to purchase agreement will not be applied to buyout.
MAINTENANCE: Paving, concrete and masonry equipment must be cleaned before being returned. All cleaning charges will be invoiced at the prevailing Madison Supply Company labor rate.
DELIVERY: We offer delivery and pick up on most items anywhere in the state of Connecticut. Deliveries of equipment requiring hauling by outside vendors will be invoiced at the prevailing rate.
FUEL: Diesel equipment is rented with full fuel tanks. You may return the unit full or pay for the fuel used.
TAXES: All rental rates are subject to applicable State and Local Sales Tax.
PARTS – SERVICE: We service everything we sell in-house. Our service technicians are factory trained to repair many types of equipment. We specialize in smaller job site equipment and offer quick estimates and turnaround on all of our service work.
We offer a parts network for many major manufacturers in the industry, therefore we normally have non-stocked parts within a few days.
We offer the latest, up to date equipment available and most major brands to meet your production needs and reduce potential down time. We also offer over sixty years of experience in the construction and equipment industry and are dedicated to serving your equipment, service and supply needs.
